Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on business days are processed in the order they are received. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

During peak seasons, promotions, product launches, or other periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience and will work to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Any items received out of mail must  must be initiated within 10 days of purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are to be paid for by the customer. 

Items must be received in their original, resell-able condition with the original tags attached. If any returned items are received worn, stained, altered or damaged you will not be eligible for a refund and the items will be returned to you at your expense. 

Exceptions: All items marked ‘Final Sale', all sale, clearance or marked down items, opened from their original packaging, and accessories are non-refundable and will not be accepted for a return, refund or store credit.

How are my refunds credited?

All refunds will be credited to a Motion Apparel e-Gift Card, depending on which method you choose.
