Refund policy

 

We accept all unused, unworn merchandise for a store credit within 10 days of receiving your order. 

Exceptions: All items marked ‘Final Sale', all sale, clearance or marked down items, opened from their original packaging, and accessories are non-refundable and will not be accepted for a return, refund or store credit.

All items purchased with a discount or promotion are non-refundable and will not be accepted for a return, refund or store credit. 

All shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are to be paid for by the customer. 

Items must be received in their original, resell-able condition with the original tags attached. If any returned items are received worn, stained, altered or damaged you will not be eligible for a refund and the items will be returned to you at your expense.

How are my refunds credited?

All refunds will be credited to a Motion Apparel e-Gift Card, depending on which method you choose.
