In-Store Pickup Policy

How In-Store Pickup Works

  • All in-store pickup orders must be placed and paid for online before arrival.

  • Orders flagged as high-risk may be canceled for security reasons.

What to Bring for Pickup

To receive your order, you must present:

  • A valid government-issued photo ID

  • Your order confirmation email or order number

The name on the ID must match the name on the order.

Authorized Pickup Only

  • Only the person listed on the order may pick up the items.

  • If you want someone else to pick up your order, their name must be added to the order before pickup.

  • We cannot release orders to anyone not listed.

Signature Required

  • A signature is required at pickup to confirm receipt of your order.

Pickup Timeframe

  • Orders will be held for 7 days from the purchase date.

  • Orders not picked up within 7 days may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • No ID = No pickup (no exceptions).

  • We reserve the right to refuse pickup or cancel orders if fraud is suspected.

  • Pickup confirmation is kept on file to protect against unauthorized transactions.
